Pheasant Creek Lodge offers practical bed and breakfast accommodations to hunters, fishermen and anyone looking for a place to stay that's just like home. At Pheasant Creek Lodge, for just $65 a night, you can choose to stay in the spacious and newly remodeled Antique Room, Princess Room or Guest Room.  There's the Bunk Room where for an additional $10 per person/bed you and four of your hunting/fishing buddies or a family of five can be accommodated.  Including all the rooms, Pheasant Creek Hunt Lodge can accommodate up to 13 people.  The rooms share a large central bathroom but plans are in the works to add a private bath to every room.  The breakfast part of Pheasant Creek Lodge features hearty, homemade favorites including a French toast dish, an egg dish, fresh fruit and homemade breakfast rolls served with steaming hot coffee and juice, all included in the price of the room.

Thank you for visiting Pheasant Creek Hunt Club during our 5^th season.

Our continued success is dependent on your satisfaction. We look forward to providing you with excellent service, challenging hunts and relaxation with nature.

The new season opens September 13 , 2008 and runs through March 31,2009 or until birds are gone.

We are open daily by appointment from 8 a.m. to dusk.

* All hunters must have a valid hunter's education card at the time of registration, unless exempted by the DNR guidelines.

• Children under the age of 16 and spouses may hunt with out the release of minimum bird requirements with paying adult.
• In the event of inclement weather hunts may be cancelled with little or no advance notice.
• Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your hunt.
• All hunters MUST register before and after hunting, this is a safety requirement. Failure to register may cause forfeiture of your membership or hunting privilege.

A variety of seasonal memberships are available to meet you needs, along with our regular day rates. All membership fees are due by Aug. 30, 2008. There will be no membership carryovers and all hunts must be completed by February 27,2009 or purchased birds will be forfeited. Memberships purchased after Aug. 30,2008 will incur an additional 10% charge to original price. NO membership may be purchased after December 1, 2008. Memberships may be purchased and split at most between three people.

Regular Membership ( Sept.2008-February 2009) All memberships are half rooster and half hens. Minimum release of three birds per hunter .

20 birds = $350.00 10 scratch birds

30 birds = $510.00 15 scratch birds

40 birds = $660.00 20 scratch birds

Regular members have the privilege of hunting scratch birds of the same species purchased for free during the regular membership season. Registration is still necessary at the clubhouse or with Jim prior to hunting if no birds are released at that time. Any birds shot over the allowed free limit will cost $10.00 per bird. Scratch chuckers may be shot for $7.00 per bird. Scratch bird hunting is offered ONLY when fields are available and you MUST call ahead. All membership birds left after Jan. 1,2009 will be assessed 80 cent per bird per month. Due to high cost of feed.

Regular Day Rates for Nonmembers

3-9 Pheasants ( half rooster/half hen) $18.50 per bird

10-20 Pheasant ( half rooster/half hen) $18.00 per bird

21-50 Pheasant ( half rooster/half hen ) $7.50 per bird

$10.00 per bird for scratch pheasants

$7.00 per bird for scratch chucker

Chucker Membership ( Sept. 2008 - Feb. 2009) Minimum purchase of the birds for the rate of $11.00 per bird. Scratch birds for members are 50% of their membership. Members over 50% limit and non-members are $7.00 per scratch bird. This price includes chuckers only, any pheasants shot will be charged $10.00 per bird.

Dog Training Special Available August 2008. Quail will be used for training. Training will only be available till quail are gone

Hunter's Education Special Children who have completed proof of hunters safety class within the last year will receive a special price of $12.00 per bird for three birds during their first hunt. You must bring completed proof to take advantage of this special once during the season.

Early Season 30 Bird Special ( Sept. 13, 2008- Oct.5,2008) A half rooster/half hen 30 bird mixture can be purchased for a low price of $14.00 per bird. All birds must be released at one hunt and can be shared by up to 10 hunters.

Notes of Interest

• We offer specials for bachelor / bachelorette parties, birthday parties, family reunions etc. Inquire in advance.

• We will be closed during gun deer season, early T zone season (if scheduled) , Christmas Eve afternoon and Christmas day.

• We offer bird cleaning services. The cost is $2.00 per bird (breasted) or $3.00 per bird (whole skinned) When available packaged frozen birds are offered for an exchange of your shot bird plus $4.00

• We also have highly trained dogs with their handler for the rate of $25.00 per hour.

Starting in late August we have an array of mums in many colors. As Fall season continues we have pumpkins and many other Fall decorations, ranging from broom corn, corn shocks, Indian corn and gourds.

For the 2008 season we have started more perennial gardens that include Daylilies and Asicatic Lilies, Asters, Black Eye Susan, Cone Flower, Iris and adding more every year. We have 11 different kinds of pumpkins ranging in color, shapes and size.
