Garbage Collection

The City of Markesan has weekly curbside garbage collection for all residential households in the city.  Items that will not be picked up are: building and construction materials and major appliances.  No more than 4 bags of garbage or trash can be put out each week.  Trash and garbage should be put at the curb no sooner than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup day.
