Dog
Licenses are available at the City Clerk’s Office. Residents are
advised to bring their dog’s current rabies certification when applying
for a license. You may either stop in to the Clerk’s Office or request
a license by mail. When requesting by mail, include the dog’s rabies
certification, your payment, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
It is unlawful for any
person in the City to own or keep any dog more than 5 months of age
without obtaining a license from the City Clerk. The licensing year is
January 1 through December 31.
Fees for dog licenses
are:

Spayed or neutered $ 3.00
n
Unspayed or unneutered $ 8.00
There is a $5.00 late
fee added to the fees above after March 31st.
